🔥 Fire Prevention Month: October is Fire Prevention Month. Test smoke alarms, review your family’s escape plan, and take a few minutes to think about protecting what matters most

We will work with you and your family to protect what matters most. From Life, Auto, Home, Condo, and Renters insurance to Business, Motorcycle, and Boat coverage - we make it simple and easy. Most importantly, we help protect your family with Life insurance coverage based on your needs.

Our office is proud to serve the beautiful town of Nutley, New Jersey. Renée is a second-generation State Farm Agent with over 35 years of experience and has been serving the community since 1995. She recently celebrated her 30th anniversary as a State Farm Agent. Prior to that, she worked alongside her father, A. Lawrence Friscia. Renée is a graduate of Seton Hall University and has deep roots in Nutley - her family’s history here goes back generations.

We welcome walk-ins during office hours, and if your schedule is busy, we’re happy to help over the phone, handling most insurance needs quickly and conveniently.

We enjoy helping individuals and families with their home and auto insurance, as well as condo and renters coverage. Renée and her team also take the time to talk through the importance of Life insurance to protect those you value most. As a small business owner herself, Renée understands the unique needs of fellow business owners and finds it especially rewarding to help with Business insurance. We also offer Flood Insurance and NJ PAIP/CAIP coverage.

We are proud members of the Nutley Chamber of Commerce and offer Notary Public services. Renée was also honored as a 2023 Business Leader by the Nutley-Belleville Italian American Heritage Committee.

🏡 Autumn Insurance FAQ (2026)

Q: Does homeowners insurance cover fall storms and flooding? A: Standard homeowner's policies typically cover wind damage but not flooding. With fall rainstorms increasing, it’s a good time to ask about flood insurance options.

Q: I’m doing renovations - do I need to update my policy? A: Yes. Renovations can increase your home’s value and replacement cost. Updating your policy ensures you’re protected.

Q: Has my life insurance kept up with my family’s needs? A: If you’ve had any life changes (marriage, kids, new home), it’s worth reviewing your coverage to ensure your loved ones are properly protected.
