"If I can only give this facility a negative star I will give them a negative score. My father, an immigrant, does not speak english get yelled at by Gigi, one of the staffs in this facility. She does not have patience with minority senior citizens. I like Renee and her male agent because they have the patience to serve ignorant people. If you only pay a dollar a day, this facility will not help you file claims on your behalf but they will be happy to collect the yearly dues! good luck on those who will get their service! and I hope when Gigi gets old nobody will yet at her!"
